Nice beach but the ...

Nice beach but the waitstaff is horrible. It seems that if you don’t have the higher price bracelets on, you get ignored. Not once did a waiter ask if we wanted something to drink. And when we went to eat (included with our ticket price), the waiter was hesitant to help us and had an attitude.

we were here on ...

we were here on a cruise vacation and had wonderful time. The staff was we excellent and attentive.
