What are the transportation timings?
All transportations depart from our meeting points every hour on the hour from 9 am until noon, local time. Transportation back to our meeting points from Playa Mia departs every hour on the hour from noon until 6 pm.
What do you mean by meeting points?
Meeting points are specific locations where you’ll find Playa Mia’s staff to help you get to Playa Mia or where the tour you purchased takes place. Our meeting points have been carefully selected for the convenience of all guests, whether they are heading over from Cancún or arriving on a cruise ship.
What is Playa Mia’s schedule?
Playa Mia is open from 9 am until 6 pm, from Monday to Saturday. Buffet service is available from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. The pools and the ocean can be accessed from 9 am to 5:30 pm. The Floating Park is open from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
How do I get to Playa Mia from the cruise ship port?
If you purchased any tour that includes transportation, go to your designated meeting point, where you’ll find Playa Mia’s staff to help you get to Playa Mia or where the tour you purchased takes place. If you did not purchase a package that includes transportation, you’ll have to get to Playa Mia on a taxi or rental car at your own expense.
I’m in Quintana Roo—how do I get to Playa Mia?
The easiest way is to get to Playa del Carmen and then hop aboard a ferry heading to Cozumel. Then, head over to Playa Mia’s Retail Booth inside the pier. There, our staff will be waiting to provide you with the necessary information.
