For guests staying in their own property, Airbnb, or out of the hotel zone in Cancún, the meeting point is outside the Hotel Ibis Cancún in downtown. Pick-up is made from various hotels, one leg departing from Cancún's hotel zone and the other from Tulum. The timing may vary according to the guest's hotel and schedule of pick-up. For guests without optional pick-up, the meeting point is at Playa Mia's office, right across the Playa del Carmen pier. Guests must arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the designated hour. 

Note: Hotel and lobby pick-up details will be provided by the reservations office and will be enclosed along with booking confirmation.
