In booking any excursion or service with us, Playa Mia (hereinafter referred to as PM) responds only to the services agreed with the customer and described individually for those excursions/services on this website. The participation in any and/or all of the services and attractions offered by the Park are entirely at the guest's sole discretion, risk and responsibility.
Your booking expressly release PM for any liability regarding personal belongings such as cameras, smartphones, handbags, etc., PM is not responsible for their loss, damage or theft while the tour is being operated. We highly recommend you not to leave your possessions unattended at any time. PM reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. Customers are obligated to follow the directions of professionals, such as tour guides, regarding safety and regulations. PM does not assume any responsibility for accidents caused by reckless behavior, or failure to notify of any special or medical needs, guests must comply with all of the instructions given by the staff in the park.
Bookings occur through the website www.playamia.com, any booking shall be deemed as an offer by you to purchase the excursion/service of your choice. No contract between you and PM shall come into existence until PM accepts full payment and issues a confirmation invoice, your reservation will be confirmed until you receive your electronic ticket in your e-mail. The booking customer accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party.
By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm to PM that you comply with these arrangements. You further validate that all information submitted is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge. PM does not accept liability for any problems which arise due to insufficient or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
All of the tour descriptions are verifies and published by PM. In the extremely rare case your tour does not represent the description read at www.playamia.com we will take full responsibility and any complain must be solved with us at the same moment. Any claim regarding your excursion/service must be addressed in the court of general jurisdiction of Cozumel, in respect with the laws of this specific jurisdiction.
Changes And Cancellations
PM reserves the right to make any changes to the tours, including but not limited to changes of itinerary, weather conditions, timings or other factors, at any time. We will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes if there is time before your departure.
Subject to these terms and conditions, you may have then the choice of accepting an offer of alternative tour arrangements if any is available or canceling your booked arrangements receiving any applicable refunds. PM reserves the right to cancel or alter tours, pending full refund, for reasons of safety or feasibility. If any excursion must be abandoned through force majeure or difficulties on route, the best possible refund will be arranged according to the circumstances, in case of weather conditions, including but not limited to: Harbor Master Closing the port, North Wind, Rain, or any other weather condition that partially or entirely affects one or more services provided in the Park, PM will not refund partially or entirely any amount of the package purchased. If for any reason you need to cancel your tour, you may do so with a maximum of 24 hours before your scheduled tour. PM will agree refunds for all canceled tours if applicable, in its sole discretion. In order to claim or process a refund, customers must send a refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of tour´s date, making sure to have your booking information available when doing so.
For your well being, there are certain requirements for you to participate on any of our excursion or for use any of our services, such as minimum age or medical conditions. It is customer´s responsibility to be aware of their selected tour restrictions, PM will not grant any refund if these requirements are not fulfilled and the tour participation is denied once at the location.
This also applies to any medical, allergic, diet or mobility conditions. Please be sure to let us know any details we must be aware of in order to make the necessary arrangements for you.
Playa Mia is opened from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm LOCAL COZUMEL TIME. For cruise guests, all times are based on the LOCAL time in Cozumel. Ships sometimes do not adjust their clocks to the local time in port, so it is very important to make sure you plan your schedule in LOCAL TIME. If you have any doubt about the ship's time vs local time, please ask one of your guest service representatives onboard.
It is customer´s full responsibility to make sure that all arrival and departure times/dates of their cruise, flight or hotel reservations are in accordance with the tour schedule, being aware of this possible time difference at local destination.
If your cruise or flight itinerary changes, please do not assume your tour has been cancelled and be sure to let us know as soon as possible to email@example.com or call to 011-52-987-872-90-40 so we can arrange your accommodation on a different day and schedule. PM can only guarantee a full refund if your cruise or flight does not get to its destination for any reason that is not under customer´s control.
Please note that these excursions are packages are not provided by any cruise line or hotel. Please do not assume these excursions are affected by any changes the ship's shore excursion department or hotel's hospitality desk make to their excursions.
In case you have any comments regarding any of our excursions or services, please be sure to contact the tour operator in place or to PM's customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible in order to provide us with the opportunity to address it properly.
PM assumes no liability for comments that are not properly brought to our attention with sufficient notice for us to resolve or attempt to resolve them. Any comment made after the completion of a visit must be received within 30 days of it. Client acknowledges and agrees that PM will not accept any liability for comments received after this period.
All of the posted prices in this website are in U.S. Dollars and they are subject to any changes at any time. As PM is committed entirely with customers care and satisfaction be sure that we will respect the price published at your booking time, even though if the prices changed before operation.
